We understand that life with kids doesn’t always go according to plan! If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you provide as much notice as possible. More than 1 no show or last minute cancelation (less than 24 hours) will result in a fee.

Arriving late may mean we need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid impacting the appointments that follow. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you where possible.

A parent or guardian must remain responsible for their child while visiting Zoonies Kidz Cutz. We ask that children remain appropriately supervised throughout their visit to help us maintain a safe and comfortable environment for everyone.

We want you to leave Zoonies happy with your service. If you have any concerns, please contact us as soon as possible following your appointment so we can discuss how we can help.

Colour services require a consultation prior to booking. Pricing and service recommendations may vary depending on hair length, condition, desired result and the services required.
